Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

References to "these Terms" include any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, or privacy policy documents published on jilebat.net, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an Account on jilebat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement. jilebat does not permit any exception to the minimum age rule under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial gambling operation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on jilebat or any affiliated platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prevented from doing so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You have not previously had an Account on jilebat terminated for breach of these Terms. Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

jilebat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilebat may be suspended or permanently closed, with any Real Funds balance returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

By registering on jilebat, you expressly confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Any false declaration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any winnings obtained during the period of ineligibility.

Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilebat employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilebat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balance held therein pending investigation.

Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other accepted mobile financial service account. All fields must be completed accurately. jilebat does not accept registrations from automated bots, scripts, or third-party registration services.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilebat strongly recommends enabling OTP-based 2FA on your account. You must notify jilebat immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. jilebat will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, jilebat will require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). jilebat may also request a selfie with the submitted document and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital form. Attempts to submit altered, forged, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account termination and may be referred to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jilebat processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other methods as displayed in the cashier from time to time.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jilebat wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes for mobile financial service transactions.
• jilebat does not charge any fee for deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• jilebat reserves the right to request evidence that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing.
• jilebat targets processing of mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account bearing the same name as the registered jilebat Account holder.
• jilebat reserves the right to apply standard anti-money-laundering checks before releasing withdrawal funds. This may extend processing times in exceptional cases.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while a Bonus Fund with an active wagering requirement is attached to your account, unless the Player explicitly forfeits the bonus.

Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. jilebat does not apply currency conversion fees. If your payment provider applies any conversion charges, those are entirely outside jilebat's control and responsibility.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

jilebat offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup, and a loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed on the individual promotion page before you opt in.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Funds. Real Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all betting transactions.
• jilebat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of credit.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement.
• Participation in any jilebat promotion implies full acceptance of these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion states a different multiplier, the standard wagering requirement at jilebat is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳30,000 in aggregate before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified in individual promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

Abuse of Promotions

jilebat operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting by multiple accounts to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, use of automated betting strategies that exploit bonus structures, and deliberate low-risk hedging bets placed with Bonus Funds. Where abuse is detected, jilebat reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

jilebat hosts games supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before wagering Real Funds.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jilebat are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the sportsbook. jilebat reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match has been abandoned, or where an event has been declared void by the relevant governing body. Settled bets will not ordinarily be re-opened unless a clear system error is demonstrated by the Player.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and by market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market. jilebat reserves the right to set individual Player bet limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual or highly automated betting patterns are detected.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jilebat reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's account. jilebat will not honour payouts resulting from games or bets affected by a malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome.

Disconnections

jilebat is not liable for interrupted gameplay caused by network disconnection, power failure, or device failure on the Player's side. Where a game round has already been initiated at the point of disconnection, it will be resolved according to the game's standard rules upon reconnection. Unresolved rounds will be settled by the game server automatically.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use jilebat solely for lawful, personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or at any other point in your account lifecycle.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the Platform without explicit written authorisation from jilebat.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to support and may be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, syndicate, or organisation without jilebat's written consent.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour toward jilebat staff via any communication channel.

jilebat reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, jilebat may suspend or permanently close the Account, void all bets and winnings linked to the prohibited activity, and recover any funds that were improperly obtained. jilebat may also share information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on jilebat.net — including but not limited to the brand name jilebat, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilebat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from jilebat.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software or game code.
• Use the jilebat brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial use.

Any unauthorised use of jilebat's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilebat.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilebat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilebat shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how the loss arises:

• Loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game results, or account balance information where such inaccuracy was caused by a technical error subsequently corrected by jilebat.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• Losses caused by events outside jilebat's reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment processor failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilebat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your jilebat Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jilebat will process any outstanding withdrawals of Real Funds to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Suspension or Closure by jilebat

jilebat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Detection of a duplicate or multi-account registration.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jilebat will notify the Player by email. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to access their Account, place bets, or request withdrawals. jilebat will conduct investigations as promptly as possible and, where no wrongdoing is found, will restore full account access and process any pending withdrawals without undue delay.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jilebat will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover the administrative costs of maintaining inactive records. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a fresh KYC check if required.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

jilebat is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling. As part of this commitment, jilebat provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to every registered Player. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following responsible gaming obligations:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• You will make use of the deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available in your Account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.
• You will not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account or by using another person's Account.
• You will seek help from jilebat support or an appropriate external resource if gambling is causing you financial, personal, or emotional harm.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jilebat operates its services to Players in Bangladesh and acknowledges the laws of Bangladesh as the primary legal framework governing the Player relationship.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, payment, or any other matter, Players should first contact jilebat's customer support team at [email protected]. jilebat commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and providing a written response within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at the first level, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to jilebat's dedicated complaints team, requesting a formal review. jilebat will provide a final position in writing within 15 business days of receiving the escalation.

jilebat records and stores all bet and transaction data in accordance with its data retention policies. In any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, the data held in jilebat's servers shall be considered the definitive record, subject to any demonstrable technical error.

Amendments to These Terms

jilebat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by email and by a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
